Living Light International, LLC is located on the beautiful Mendocino Coast of Northern California. We have four wonderful eco friendly businesses here: our culinary institute, the world’s premier teaching facility for gourmet raw food chefs, as well as Living Light Cafe, Living Light Marketplace, and Living Light Inn. Every fourth weekend in August Living Light hosts the annual Living Light Chef Showcase: Hot Chefs, Cool Kitchen, featuring 12 of the top gourmet raw vegan culinary artists in the world who share their expertise with non-stop demos for 3 days. The event also features the winner of the Hot Raw Chef Video Recipe Contest. This year, the showcase takes place August 26-29 (a bonus day beginning on Thursday). Besides the live studio audience here in Fort Bragg, we stream the showcase online, so that thousands of people around the world can enjoy!
